Jean-Marc Wenger

Managing Partner

Graduate in Economics at Geneva University, Mr. Wenger has the benefit of a long experience in private banking, first at UBS then at Crédit Lyonnais, in Brazil and in Switzerland, and finally at a leading independent asset manager. His responsibilities include the strategic development of the firm.

Joel Lafayette Johnson

Director

Graduate in Economics Sciences at the University of Geneva and holds a European CFA.
Mr Johnson has acquired strong professional skills with Capital International in Merger and Acquisition. He has also developed extensive working experience with International Independent Asset Managers over the last twenty years. His responsibilities include the operations and the company financials.

Rafael Cumplido

Director

Mr. Cumplido has 20 years of banking experience in Switzerland (Geneva). First of all as a stock and bond trader within Banque Franck SA. Subsequently, joining Credit Suisse he will assume the role of Investment Consultant for a sophisticated South American clientele. In 2007, he joined Banque Safdié as a Relationship Manager, again for clients in South America. In 2014, he assumed the same position with an independent asset manager of the place. He is named director of Sinclair Asset Management Ltd in 2017.

Teneille Smith

Assitant

Prior to joining Sinclair Asset Management Ltd in 2016, Ms. Smith was the CFO’s administrative assistant within a large company in Nassau. Her mission was to ensure that all day-to-day financial transactions were fair in order to ensure the smooth operation of the treasury. She inherited a sharp sense of organization, precision and communication.

Silvio Clavadetscher

Senior Advisor

Silvio graduated from the International Banking School in New York and worked for Credit Suisse Group for 11 years in Switzerland, USA, Brazil and Russia,.
He then joined Merrill Lynch in Geneva. Since 2003 he has been covering the Eastern European and Russian clientele.
He was heading the Representative office in Moscow for a major Swiss Bank in 2008 and held managerial positions and advised clients at LGT and Bank Vontobel. At Sinclair Asset Management he brings in his expertise as a Senior advisor for Eastern Europe and Central Europe.
